Cant connect to the match

Just tried joining a TFT match with my friend and we both noticed it wasnt loading us in. we both click and it says weve been DCED and cant connect to the match. We have tried relogging and reconnecting and nothing has worked. Shortly after, my friend got a blue screen on his pc and had to restart it

Update, the timer keeps reseting for the match when i hover over my profile pic and it says we at 1 minute. I might be stuck in this
