Olaf Lifesteal bug - Olaf is not getting the 50% lifesteal from his ult

One and two star olaf with rage blade.

Once he gets to ult he has no lifesteal and just attacks like normal till he dies. He gets the attackspeed and immunity but that's it.

Some enemies had heal debuffs and some did not. Heal debuffs wore off and lifesteal never activated. other opponents had no heal debuff and olaf simply never had lifesteal.

its up to 50% lifesteal depending on missing health. keyword being missing.
