Garen Spin

So, garen is supposed to be spell immune when spinning.. I've seen him eat everything from the darius q, lucians second shot, fioras riposte etc. Was spinning last game and fiora did her riposte after garen started his spin. It hurt and stunned him.. In the past, it hasn't worked like that. Another bug?
