Looking to put together a Bronze team (5's)

Hello, My name is Zyorhist. I am looking to put together a ranked team who is actually trying to get better. I am an ADC main and would like to hold the role. As such I am in need of all other roles. I currently have all slots open in the team. Please put your information below. Keep in mind that Skype or CV is preferred but will work with most any voice system. Also please be aware that all matches will be streamed. And last but not least, I will not play with people who rage. I'm okay with people who get upset at something, get irritated at something, but I will NOT play with people who start to argue with or demean their team mates. I am trying to get better and I am trying to learn to do better, I expect the same from the team and constructive feedback is the way to go, not demeaning and arguing.
