Consistent Gold Player LFT

Must not be toxic, and have voice chat or I'm not interested. Looking for something that's not just a 1 and done team. Looking to make friends, climb rankings, and a team that's willing to stand out from the rest and be consistently playing and improving. Don't want to be on a team with negative players with bad attitudes about hitting 2 loss streaks, etc.

Additionally, I can play all roles well and would like to find players that fit this kind of team play.
