Silver to gold team

TL;DR LFG and tons more. like talking strats, trying new champs builds and strategies.

Top ­> Jung > Mid > Supp > adc

Competent with: I am a silver V toplaner, I was in promos for gold twice and I was never able to break through.

I want a team who like to try new things, like to talk about strats and spend time actually thinking about what could be good including but not exclusive to the current meta. I main Sion, ryze and renekton but not limited to these champs. I have a huge base of champs i'm moderately competent with depending on the situation. I'm not opposed to picking teemo (Even though I hate that champ) when that is the pick that will win the game.

I'll skip the whole I can't climb because team feeds speel, I changed my outlook. I noticed that when the team is understanding and friendly that the chat is mostly fillled with shot calls and casual advice. I need a team who understands when someone is countered and can't quite carry and work around this.
