Looking for players willing to play with a silver in norms

Not sure if there's anyone willing to put up with it, but I'm currently in silver 2 and i feel like i havent been improving and the only reason im climbing is dumb luck. So im looking for some people in higher elos, say gold/plat/diamond, who'd be willing to play with me in norms. i dont think playing against people in silver is really making me better. I want to play against people i know are better than me, so that i can begin to understand the game more rather than just assuming if i lose that its the champion or that i couldnt do anything. if anyone is fine with playing with someone worse than their elo in a couple norms that'd be willing to just invite me to games every so often id really appreciate it.
