Top Main LF 3s (plat+) and Duo (silver I+)

I'm a platinum MMR 3s player (even with a loss of two I place at least gold I) and I'm looking to lock in platinum rewards and push for diamond. I took a break in the middle of the season and most of my teammates either quit or already made high diamond and don't want to "risk"'their MMR. I'm familiar with the meta for 3s, I play at a high level and I can easily play platinum/diamond players. If you want to play you must have gold I+ MMR and be able to prove it, I'm not going to carry someone who bought or was given a team.

I'm currently silver II in solo queue looking to push for platinum. I don't play it much because I get frustrated with the extremely low skill level and unbalanced teams and then don't want to queue. A good jungle duo makes it a lot easier to bear because I know at least one person on the team besides me can be counted on. I prefer you have experience gold+ since I climb quickly when I have time to queue for more than a game or two and I'd rather not be looking for new duos every couple days.

I work during the day and I'm central time so I am looking to play a couple games a night at least, usually between 6-10pm central with a lot more games on the weekends. I have a couple good duos already but our schedules don't match up super well so looking for a couple more.
