Platinum MMR 3s Top Lane LF Team + Duo

As the title says, I'm a platinum 3s player (4-1 is gold I or plat v) and looking for a team to push diamond or at th very least lock in plat rewards and then focus on solo queue. I've played only a couple hundred solo queue games the past two seasons but I'm solid mechanically and I consistently climb when I do play. I've only ever dropped a division once (right after I got promoted had a losing streak) and I've climbed from silver v to silver I in a weekend previously.

For a duo I'd prefer a jungle or mid main but as long as you're able to climb and have good map awareness and know how to pressure objectives any position besides top is fine. Attitude and not raging are important. I can easily get to gold on my own so I'm mainly looking for someone to duo to platinum with.
