LF high gold APC + Jungle for ranked 3s grind to Platinum/Diamond

I'm a gold I / platinum v MMR top main in 3s, I'm looking for people to play in the evening during the week and on weekends to get Platinum and then possibly grind Diamond if our chemistry is good. I have an existing team (gold iv) that was placed gold I and decayed until the patch that stopped decay below platinum.

I'm not against placing a new team but I've had too many people waste my time recently lying about their MMR. I will only place a new team if I recognize your name from 3v3 chat AND I can see you've place multiple teams gold I or higher recently.

I have limited invites before the season ends so you must be willing to stay on the team no matter what and play enough games to get rewards. Since the MMR is gold I the team is guaranteed to gain more than 30 points per win and skip divisions. It may be possible to jump right to platinum, the only reason we placed gold I is because we were playing at 3am and faced five straight silver teams. All of us were platinum MMR at the time we placed the team.
