[I Feel Like I Am Out of Other Options] Reliable Ranked Duo-Partner Needed

I don't care what Rank, just that you can reliably not feed, perhaps even know what to ban, how/what to counter-pick, etc., and it would be even better if you mained a champion with whom we can do wombo-combos. Also someone who has relatively accurate knowledge of composition-strengths & how to use them, and as much as I do in fact, have the needed knowledge to know how to climb the ladder, the luck-factor I keep getting is just ridiculous, and has resulted in going up & down all the way from Silver I & back (the last few matches demoted me due to each & every single one of them being either from my team feeding all day, leaving me to die alone when I attempted to come help, someone always getting themselves caught out multiple times after lane-phase, and I'm really out of ideas right now or strategies to negate these losses other than to seek out a reliable duo-partner).

I have had such terrible luck with the match-making this Season, even started out with the first 30 matches where every single other lane (including jungle) fed something like 10-15 kills in the first 5 minutes after placements, causing a drop in Rank after placements from Silver-IV all the way into Bronze (demotion into Bronze actually happened twice this Season even though I did climb out & have been bouncing around in Silver), and every single one of those matches were FF@20'd, with ME being the ONLY one voting No since I COULD have carried at least SOME of them IF given the chance, but I've been forced to experience what it was like to start the Season out with a 11/48 W/L-Ratio, and is largely a reason why I queue-dodge so much now (I just don't know if it's something about the match-making system itself, the ranking calculations themselves, some dumb luck-factor, something para-normal that has the intention of making me suffer like this, but the first match of the season that lasted for more than 20 minutes was not until after the « Elo-Hell » type match-making forced my rank into Bronze [because it is IMPOSSIBLE to win when FOUR members of your team /FF@20 & vote yes, and if it happens to you 30 matches in a row, well, what do you call that, besides Elo-Hell ? Perhaps Elo-Hell is not accurate... more like... match-making hell or something]).

I have since then, thanks to MANY queue-dodges (over 100 this season now), managed to bring my W/L-ratio back up into the positive, like it was last season where I ended at Silver I in promos, although I did not actually play the promos, even though it would have put me in Gold if I did & won. Anyway, I need some good strategies, and perhaps a Duo-Partner who can help me negate that luck-factor of getting team-mates who make multiple-mistakes after another, perhaps one of you are streamers who want to prove that you can carry against extremely bad luck, and can stream the carrying of my bad-luck account, perhaps someone else is also having similarly stupid luck against our favour, I don't know, perhaps we could try to cancel it out by multiplying two negatives to make a positive. I just don't know what to do any more... Ranked feels so much more like a coin-tossing experience than anything, and if that wasn't bad enough, I got people on my Friends-List who added me after defeated them in lane from Previous seasons, and somehow several of them are now in Plat or Gold-Ranked, but every time I start getting close to reaching Gold, I just end up getting these strings of teams who either feed or throw or get caught out all day.

I handle every role decently (provided it's in a lane anyway), and usually just call lane, any lane, does not matter which lane, just as long as I'm in a lane, thus lane/any. One who reviews the history of my matches can also see that I ward... a LOT ! Also, before anybody gives me huge criticism about either my CS or KDA-ratio from looking at my match-history, make SURE that you ALSO compare it to the rest of the team, and you will see that I am USUALLY the one who died the LEAST of all (frequently this is often due to team-members getting caught out, a LOT, resulting in more feeding, even though I warded). Does anybody have a good strategy to stop your own team-members from getting caught out ? Are there additional secrets that I need to learn beyond just spamming V-Pings on them & warning pings as to where in the fog the enemies are ? Anyway, with that said, what else can I do other than pray to some luck-god or seek out a duo-partner with whom we may be able to use team-fight wombo-combos to our winning advantage ? Anybody willing to duo with me despite knowing how bad of luck my account gets & show me what else I need to do to get past this luck-factored Elo of match-making ?
