Any serious teams for a Bronze player to join?

As the title says, I'm a bronze player looking for a serious team (practices, coaching, tournaments etc). I'm a Top/Mid/JG main and a one trick Sona support. I'm willing to put in the work and ask that you try me out before you judge.
