Ember Z Teal is looking for gods

Hello everyone. I have come to look for members for Ember Z Teal. We are looking for strong members who are looking to Build Fire for Desire.

Team Rules & Regulations: The purpose of this team is to find a group of individuals whom are willing to learn and excel at the game. I'm looking for dedication, attitude and open minds willing to pursue and adapt to any situation. This team does not have any elo requirement and will accept anyone under the rank of Silver 1. This team is solely for low elo players whom are looking to improve. Players will also be given a Skill-Capped Account (Free of charge, i'm paying for it) and will be requested to go over specific videos. SkillCapped Website: http://www.skill-capped.com/

In order to join this team you must have:

1. An open schedule, dates and practice timings are going to be set and must be attended. Failure to attend practices will lead to removal from the roster.
2. A working Mic. Player must have TEAMSPEAK3. Communication is everything. Consistent lack of communication will lead to removal
3. Willingness to learn and a good attitude. Any negative behavior will lead to an instant removal
4. Willingness to adapt to a new champion
5. Players will be communicating through a smart phone app to be reminded of specific practice times, changes, etc. Please have: KiK (Rule 5 is flexible)
6. There is no age requirement, however immaturity will not be tolerated.

Team Goals: At the end of the day, a bronze to silver team will be placed in bronze. However, as long as we are willing to grow as a team and climb, we will improve. There is no set goal yet for this team. For now, I'm looking for a roster. This team is for improvement purposes.

Practice Dates: Mondays: 8:00pm(EsT) Fridays: 8:00pm(EsT) Starting officially: January 11th, 2016.

• These timings are flexible and can later be discussed after the main roster has been introduced.
