Need some solid players to play ranked with

I went through my placement matches today and despite my best efforts, no matter how much I won lane, I was placed in bronze 2 for some reason. I ended last season at silver 3 because I kind of gave up playing solo. I just need a couple of solid players who don't get mad on my team going into a match. It's super hard to carry when two lanes on your team are feeding/getting caught nonstop.
