Lf> ranked 5s team, pref +gold (Mid)

IGN: DualBlind Rank: Gold 5 Server: Na Role: Mid Started dropping from gold 2 recently cause I'm to dependent for my team to think same as I do. (As in I flash ult eveyone, and team thinks it's a good idea to back) Would also like to get some help with my performance.
Play: Azir, Viktor, Twisted Fate, Talon, Nid, and sometimes Kat. (can play anything but those are my best picks atm)
