Hi, I am Ferret. I am a diamond player/coach in NA. I am co-coaching with C3ree who is a pro Challenger player/coach.

I am currently the coach/mid for Team Not So Stock Gaming. We are looking for an extremely serious Top who wants to grow to a challenger level series team! We constantly win/place in tournaments, And beat master/challenger team/players. We play 7 days a week(We can take a day off/Usually thursday). You must be able to play from 6:30 PM EST > Tournaments finished from Wednesday > Monday! We practice from 7 PM > 11:45 PM EST Tues > Thurs. We are a very serious team, And have been growing well. If you want a serious tournament team, Then this is the team for you. You must be able to take criticism though! YOU MUST ALSO HAVE A WORKING STABLE INTERNET CONNECTION!

We are looking for a serious Top laner who wants to grow to a challenger series team, And maybe more. We expect you to know meta champions, And be able to put the manpower in to grow. We constantly win/place in many different kinds of prized tournaments cash/rp. We have sponsors lined up, And we need to start showing results. If you are looking for a team to grow with, This is the team for you!

Please do not even bother applying if you are not going to be serious about, It. We don't want you to quit a week later. So, Please only serious responses.

You must be able to take criticism. We do give it out to help you. We will never bash you, Ever. If you bash anyone of us, Then you will be removed from the team. We may get down after a loss, But we never bash a teammate.

I will also give you free coaching to help improve your play.

We will be using you for 4 tournaments this weekend. Some have a cash prize, Some have rp prizes. We will be having practice tonight to try-out all the new contenders! We look forward to meeting all you!

Top Three Champions: Kennen, Vladimir, Nasus - not in any particular order.

Have you ever been on a serious team: A couple times (a lot of nonserious teams), only one that I really felt I wasn't qualified for. If yes, Why did you leave: I didn't leave, the teams usually just kind of grow apart and lose contact. I have people I play with occassionally but they're mostly gold.

Why do you want to be on the team: I want to play with people I can improve with on a consistent basis without feeling like I have to carry for us to win. (Elo-system makes for a lot of mismatches when you try to play with silver friends). I'm sick of playing with people I can talk to and feeling like my skill is stagnating because there are too many mistakes in the games to take them seriously. That sounds super elitist and douchey, but it's hard to form a team that can play regularly with a huge elo discrepancy.

This team strikes me as pretty serious but i'd like to tryout, and if it's too much for me atleast i'll have found a nice high elo community.

If yes, Why did you leave: Top laner and support were buddies and I felt the top laner was being toxic to the team so the two left and the team disbanded. Why do you want to be on the team: To Gain experience and improve as a competitive player.

Why do you want to be on the team: I would like to be on a team with other people that have the same drive to improve as players and as a team that I do.

Name: McCray Current ELO(Not highest): D4 Main Role: Top Top Three Champions: Gnar, Hecarim, Maokai Working Mic: Yes Have you ever been on a serious team: Yes (currently on one) and was on an RMU team. If yes, Why did you leave: RMU tuition cost. Why do you want to be on the team: Interested in taking the next step as a player to be micro/macro and told what I did wrong to fix it. Also, to be able to have a fighting chance at master/challenger level while growing to become a better player in the long run. Top lane is a rare role to play and not a lot of coaches have told me I should have manipulated the wave here, or should have TP'd here instead. Thank you for your time.
