Looking for support for semi serious team

So, I am part of a ranked team. We are currently just looking for a support that is consistently on at the right times. I want to point out that this team is not extremely serious. We are not extremely good and we know that there is endless room to improve. At the moment we just want to play together, learn together, and grow together while enjoying the game together.
