Creating an active and positive ranked team

Hello, and I am just someone who enjoys playing ranked with other people. I do not expect you to have the most skill. I do not expect you to not have bad games. What I do want is people who are positive, can lose without raging/tilting/giving up and enjoy playing the game. I expect to try to win, but if we don't it is not the end of the world and I want everyone to not take it too hard. I really just want to find a group of players that have synergy, are positive, and active. The goal is to have fun, improve our skills, communication and teamwork together. If this sounds like something you would be interested in please post the below information and I will add you in game. Also we will be looking for subs as well! (in case someone can't make it, or so we can play more, etc.) Thank you for reading!

I've been looking to join an active and serious ranked 5's team for awhile, i find it more enjoyable and a better way to improve my skills as a player.

IGN:Nimrandel Avail: anytime after 6PM PST I am availible alot but will need to know before hand for all the other times Comm: whatever I need to use, prefer TS or curse role: ADC/top champs:ADC: anything cept luc (bad with him) Top: cho, jax, liss, maokai, other too strengths: good team player, ward alot, not feeding, teamfights weaknesses: laning phase specailly early, get cocky if i get a head sometimes and make poor decisions why join? want to play ranked with an active team.

Role: AD Carry Champions for your role/s: Corki Caitlyn Sivir Tristana Twitch Vayne Varus KogMaw Kalista Jinx Graves Draven Strength(s): Shot calling, Patience, Bot lane and overall game knowledge, Strong mechanics (come from high level Starcraft 2 play), positioning. Weakness(es): Every once in a while greed gets the best of me. Why do you want to join? I have over 6+ months experience with the same team in which we consistently played teams ranked better than us. I have a positive mentality and want to be the very best I can be.
