Looking for backups for a ranked team

Hello, we are a ranked team that are trying to build our skills and teamplay together as a team, and we are looking for some people that would want to be backups. We are not very worried about skill as much as communication, being able to play on time (starting 6-7 PM EST) , and having a personality that fits with the team well. We try to play as much as possible and are always looking to improve. It is preferred that you can fill in multiple roles as well.
