Looking for team: Ready and wanting to improve

I am going to be completely honest. I always want to improve my play, and I feel like I could do that better with a more serious team. I am an adc/mid main that is willing to do any role if you have the patience for me to learn it. I am not the best player, but I believe i have a good foundation for the game and hope to improve on that. With that said I would prefer a certain type of team that would fit my personality. For example I would like a team with a certain sense of direction and goals. I want to know that we are striving to be the best we can be. In addition I just would not like any "ragers" because I feel like that would not be good for the team chemistry. I am also not one that enjoys taunting or trying to make a beaten enemy feel bad.
