Looking to start serious ranked 5s team

I am looking to start a serious ranked 5s team as a coach and a sub (adc/support).

Reason for starting this team: I'll be honest. I am stuck in gold 5 whether it be due to bad luck, elo hell, or whatever you may think. All i know is that league was intended as a team-based game. I know it is very possible as a team to improve but it is harder for a solo person to improve whilst being matched with 4 random teammates every game. Call me selfish or greedy, but the ultimate goal is to create a diamond-challenger level ranked 5s team.

We will be playing every day at 3pm EST to 9pm EST (subject to change). This will be the general time frames in which we will work together. There will be exceptions for holidays or other special events. After every game we will review it via replays.

Requirements: Gold or higher in solo q. Curse voice. Be online and ready to play at times specified. Desire to win and improve. Willing to learn. Must have standard meta champion pool for your role. Neutral or positive attitude. Be able to consistently land skillshots. Be able to farm at 60-100% efficiency on a consistent basis. (6cs-10cs/min) Be able to communicate objectively rather than emotionally. (e.g "Top laner is pushing aggressively. It could be an easy gank." vs. "Just gank top already for f#@$'s sake!)
