Plat LF Ranked Team to End S5 on and start S6 on

I want a team I can dedicate time and effort into, something that can help me improve as a player and a teammate over time. My goal is to be a high level player next season. I have lots of experience with competitive gaming in general - I've played with multiple Halo 2A/3 teams, LoL teams, WoW Arena teams, and more. I know how team synergy works and I know what needs to happen to find results when facing competitive players.

I generally main Jungle and Top lane, but I've had tons of experience with every role. I can adapt quickly and I'm open to any suggestions, etc etc
