Creating a team that will go far

PLEASE READ =D

I understand you guys/gals don't want to read so i am going to keep this as short as possible. I am creating a a team filled with players that are determined to go far. If you just want to be in a team then do not bother. There are few small requirements before you are eligible for a try out.

Requirements (No exceptions):

  • Play ranked
  • Over or equal to 350+ wins in normal
  • Over 50% win rate in ranked (Now i understand people can have a horrible week or even a day, which people have, and you are right on the edge, but if i see that you are capable of having that required percentage then that is fine)
  • Any tier ( I do NOT care if you are diamond or challenger. You're not going to be tried out just because you are high elo. If you are not going to be a team player and bash on other because of your tier or whatever reason then don't bother.)
  • Have a working mic or are planning to get one soon (You don't need one for a try out)

Now if you meet the requirements then you can fill out the application. You do not have to get very detailed as this game is about performance. Just enough that you stand out from others. Only one roll will be tried out that day/night. I will post what roll i am trying out that day/night and what time and date. You can add me if you like, but if you have not filled out the app then i will decline it. If you are not going to be there for the try out then please do not fill the application. If you play horrible on your try out because that will happen to most people then you can try out one more game if you think you will play better.

Everyone in your team is playing exceptionally well, except you. You fed and could be the reason your team loses. What do you do? realize i messed up and do my best to come back if we lose cuase of me i say sorry and try to make it up to them

What do you do?: Gank a teammate's lane, try to get them fed so in teamfights, if they focus you, your teammate will go off Everyone in your team is playing exceptionally well, except you. You fed and could be the reason your team loses. What do you do?: Play passive and by turret, call for jungler to help gank and until then dont feed anymore

IGN: PlzKillMyADC Roll: Mid Did you meet the requirements?: Yup Age: 16 Lolking(Or anything of this sort): http://www.lolking.net/summoner/na/37985958 Do you ward and how often?: Yes, and as a mid laner I tend to always buy a pink ward that lasts for quite some times, and use my trinket ward a lot as well as occasionally buy other wards.

Everyone in your team is behind, including you, and are not capable of contesting anything at the moment. What do you do?: Turtle up and try to farm. Depending on the teamcomp, we may be able to win if we can pick off someone as a group.

Everyone in your team is playing exceptionally well, except you. You fed and could be the reason your team loses. What do you do?: Play passive, but I have never had this happen

Everyone on your team is playing badly and fed their in enemy lane, except you, meaning that you came out ahead of your enemy in lane. What do you do?: The moment you 'come out of lane ahead' means you left your team to die, if all 4/3 are doing poorly you will lose the game. The best thing to do is help them out BEFORE you leave lane/lane timers end.

What do you do?: If your team is doing exceptionally well, you will naturally do better. You will see this in every game, 0-10 yasuo happens to go 10-10 or 15-10 after he groups with 10000000-0 vayne and 666-0 teemo

However, if i fed and i was coming out of lane i'm most likely playing poorly, out of it, or playing a late game champion If it's my attitude, I need to keep it to myself and apologize to the team, then get carried.

What do you do?:You try to build a lead where it doesn't matter if other people are feeding so you can hard carry. After you have taken the tower, You can help out your teamates.

Everyone in your team is playing exceptionally well, except you. You fed and could be the reason your team loses. What do you do?:I just try to not give up kills and group up with team but as an adc im always farming.

If I'm a support, I start with a ward then rush Sightstone. I ward often, and it seems usually more than my teammates.

Everyone on your team is playing badly and fed their in enemy lane, except you, meaning that you came out ahead of your enemy in lane. What do you do?: Help gank other lanes, and also help ward for them and try to carry the team.

Everyone in your team is playing exceptionally well, except you. You fed and could be the reason your team loses. What do you do?: I try my best not to feed anymore. I build armor or resistance to try to further ensure that. I will do my best to farm somewhere safe, and help the team out in team fights (even if I die). For me, I know that as long as I can keep farming and keep getting gold I will be able to contribute to fights even if I'm behind in gold early.

Everyone in your team is behind, including you, and are not capable of contesting anything at the moment. What do you do?: Go for another objective. If they are going for a tower that you can't save, push one of their towers. If they are going to get drag, go get Baron or a tower. Always try to clear wards and wait for picks, as a group.

Everyone on your team is playing badly and fed their in enemy lane, except you, meaning that you came out ahead of your enemy in lane. What do you do?: Depends on the champion. You can try split pushing, but if possible, trying to gank other lanes and letting your teammate get the kill is ideal.

Everyone in your team is playing exceptionally well, except you. You fed and could be the reason your team loses. What do you do?: I know how to avoid feeding. If that means lower cs and calling for Jungle help, that's fine. However, if I fed, I would continue to farm and peel for my carries in team fights. I keep my head in the game and don't give up.

Everyone in your team is playing exceptionally well, except you. You fed and could be the reason your team loses. What do you do?: Relax and stay with team. Work together and don't get caught out. Look at mistakes and fix them for future games.
