Hello, Monsters eSports is recruiting. This is an organization that I decided to create yesterday and I'm looking forward to expanding it. I am looking for people that want to help grow the organization into something bigger and want to invest into it as much as I do. I've created things before (Guilds for MMO of 200+ people and managed them). Understand. The MAIN GOAL of this team is to try our hardest to improve every day and reach the challenger series. Which means if you stagnate you will be replaced if you stop showing improvement.
- All must be able to accept feedback from coaches.
- This team must be your primary team, there are no side teams (except with friends/streamers).
- You must play league out side of practice to improve yourself (SoloQ).
