Looking For Consistent Top/Mid/Jungle players

Title pretty much says it all. I'm an ADC main, looking to form an active team that's willing to climb. As a bot lane duo, we were both Gold in Solo Queue last season, and we were Plat in 3s. We play consistently and are interested in creating a more serious 5s team. We're only starting the team up, so we're looking to fill every role outside of bot lane. We're in need of a consistent mid, jungle, and top lane. Looking for players around our same skill level (as this probably is the best way to make and grow a serious team in the long-run) so we're open to Silver 2 players and up. We're looking for players that fill the following:

• Positive attitudes
• Willingness to learn and take constructive criticism
• Fun personalities
• Consistent level of play (nobody likes having to be carried or having to carry every game)
• Dedication and devotion to climbing the ranked ladder on a more serious level (just not serious to the point where you rage, blame, and make the game/team miserable and create tension.)
• Good sportsmanship (Being able to identify what went wrong within the game itself, realizing it's a team game and admitting your own mistakes. Even if your own mistakes were initially caused and snowballed by a teammate.)
• Raging won't be tolerated
• Learn from all mistakes made in the game, not just your own and even if you're not the reason we're losing the game.
• Open to unconventional organized play (This isn't Solo Queue. That being said, everything is arranged and organized. From rotations, to level 1 vision placement advantages, or even lane swaps. It's all organized and competitive. These are things that, as a team, I'd like to run, practice, and organize/arrange with a team consistently and swiftly. If you're not necessarily open to this kind of style of a team or level of play, don't waste your time here on this thread.

If this team still suits and interests you, feel free to add me after applying below. (Applying helps keep it organized.)
