High Silver player looking for dynamic queue group (Ranked)

I mostly play Top or jungle/mid Top being my favorite.

I've been playing a few seasons so i am no where near new to the rift :D. I'd like to use Discord if at all possible, it's just such a wonderful voice communication My champions in top lane are mostly Wukong and Nasus, i haven't picked the other ones in awhile as Wukong and Nasus are rarely banned.

If you guys are toxic i'll probably end up playing poorly and ultimately leaving the group :) so please be not toxic <3. That doesn't mean i don't like some healthy trash talk aha.
Looking for a more Mature setting.

I'm willing to pick up new champions if we need them. I've played mostly every champion for my roles that i play i just have to re-learn them real quick lol.

Let me repeat, i'm looking for a dynamic queue team for ranked :). Hopefully with some skilled players who diffidently don't belong in silver. I've had others tell me i should be a higher rank so working with others that also should be higher rank...theoretically should equal lots of victories right? :D.

Communication is Key. With great communication we could climb all the way to Platinum and beyond just by grinding games. As our fundamentals will improve along the way with communication as our trump card.
