Forming Competitive Flex/Tournament Team

A buddy and I that actually met during a tournament 3 years ago, are looking to form a new team for Flex and eventually tournaments as well. We're currently Mid gold-high silver skill level. We have ADC filled currently and are most in need of a Support due to bot lane synergy. All other roles are open as well. The two of us typically do most of the shot-calling so that void is pretty much covered. We're looking for players that can fit a schedule, become good friends and form synergy, listen to shot calls.

Doing tryouts for Top/Jungle/Mid now.

Unsure atm if we're in need of a Mid lane because our current Mid laner is iffy about how serious he may or may not be.
