LF Duo on my smurf (Currently S3)

Hey, finished last season Gold2, Currently Gold5.

Currently grinding my smurf to gold, looking for a duo that knows what they're doing. I've been getting a lot of people dying like 5+ times within the first 5-10 minutes... just looking for someone that knows to get objectives, not to get picked off, and can get some kills/ward.
