Any Silver/Gold Dynamic Queues?

Looking to grind the ranked ladder. Haven't played on this account in months as I've been playing with Bronze friends on an alternate. Bored at the moment and have nobody to play with, kind of makes the game less fun and definitely less motivating to play. ADC main, but can play all roles.

I also do have Skype/Curse.
