Looking for plat duo partner

Season 5 Plat 5 then to Plat 2 elo was around 2000+ during preseason my old duo partners don't play anymore, now I'm in loathsome gold looking for someone to quickly get back to plat. No joke, literally around 50% of my games have someone who disconnects, random people who flame and rage at the slightest misplay that wasn't perfectly what they want and there's always at least one feeder and even if someone disconnects I push forward. Need a good duo partner to climb out of this god-forsaken abyss because this time around its really bad, due to ranks being reset I'm being paired with people who are lower elo sometimes even silver meanwhile my enemies are matched up to be more in my old plat 2 elo, in low gold this isn't a problem because my general skill is good enough to carry but when my low gold team mates are paired with plat and mid-high plat it's a recipe for disaster, so if you wanna climb add me Zelnick. The only stipulation about me is I don't play anyone skillessly overpowered and I don't like playing with people who rely on skillessly overpowered champs (ex: rengar, zed). And even though unfortunately it's mainstream for people to rely on climbing elo by making the skilless op picks their pick priority before comfort picks, I stand by it. Only exception is occasionally Leona because she was my first (or one of the first) champ and she doesn't do enough damage when she goes full tank.

And there we go, even more proof, was mid went 6/1 even after my team tilted, ganked, held off split pushers, made plays but the rest of my team wasn't up to my level and unfortunately the enemy was better than them, they didn't even have superior team composition it was almost dead-even.
