Silver 5 Top Lane LF Dyna Q

I've been climbing from Bronze (took about 25 games) and I'm in S5 with about 45 LP. I play Trundle, Kayle (what i used to climb out of bronze but i feel like she isn't as strong a carry as she was), illaoi (just started using her but feel decent on her) and Rammus (just got him for more hard engage during team fights), of course Malzahar when I need a win in the Top lane and don't feel confident playing a AD Tank. I'm also working on getting better with Quinn Top as well since I feel like she can really do well as a ace up my sleeve when i need a hard counter (she actually isn't very easy to learn imo but babysteps)

Just looking for a group or even if you are like me and looking to climb / transition from solo q to dynamic queue.

I have only been playing ranked for a few months, but I came from a smaller MOBA that basically died so that gave me a little advantage compared to someone who is just brand new to MOBA's.

I'd like a team or to play with players who have similar map strategies as I do, looking for objectives first not KDA, proactive players who don't wait for the the opposition to create pressure but instead are the ones pressuring the map.

Also, i'm looking for people who have patience not people who give up early game when we have a comp that out scales the other team.

I'd like to play with a support and jg and maybe a mid laner since I feel like outside of top lane those are the most important roles in the current meta (i wouldn't mind a adc with strong knowledge though who just feels stuck but can make good plays).

I do NOT want to play with KDA warriors, like if you are constantly going 10/10/11 and consistently losing, i'm sorry but i don't want to play with ppl like that, in fact I want to play with laners/jg's with 1) high cs, 2) wards consistently, 3) pressures the map / looks for objectives, 4) understands the counter pressure a team can present and how to respond correctly , 5)people who will engage and not run, like this should be higher tbh but even though i am more objective focus at the end of the day I'd rather play with people who don't just run away just because the enemy decides to fight back, i absolutely hate these people at low elo who retreat even when we have a huge advantage in numbers/levels/items, if you are consistently running or only fight when you have a huge huge advantage then I don't want to play with you and finally in a distant distant 6) people who are "fun", like if you have the personality of a snail but you know how to win games I am 100% ok with that and I'd rather play with people like that and win then people who are "fun" and lose.

I don't enjoy ALWAYS being the win condition, like as a top laner in this elo yes sometimes we do have to carry or force plays but I'm getting a little tired of having just dumb kda warrior teammates who are also cowards, they care about kda but they also are afraid to fight.

I have discord, skype, and curse voice.

I know that was long and if you read through all that then hopefully you are one of the people who (like me) understand how to WIN and want to and also want to play with people who are looking to do the same.
