Looking for a "coach"

I've been playing league for around a year and made it to gold 5. But I still want to improve. I'm looking for someone who can analyze my gameplay and help me fix my mistakes. By 'coach' I do not mean someone I pay to watch games, but someone, even if they are inexperienced, who VOLUNTEERS to help me improve my mechanics, and even improve their own coaching/analysis. I play mainly support, and jungle as my secondary, but can play all of the rest around the same level.
