3v3 Twisted Treeline Recruitment/Skin Rewards for Gold+/Silver or Better please

Ok, so when I recruited I got a ton of people wanting to play 3v3 with me. The problem was that I was unorganized and thought that I'd get people who wanted to stick around. Sadly the people I started playing with never seemed to want to commit or only wanted to play with their siblings.

So in any case I realized that I needed to manage the team directly and handle things on my end, I can't trust anyone else to do things right management wise.

So going to try recruiting one more time. I have no idea how many spots I can have for a 3v3 but I'll be recruiting any and all who wants to grind to gold, I'm done with waiting 3+ days and having no team mates show up.

In either case if we get gold everyone gets a skin, if we get any higher, maybe another reward? In either case please add me.
