Silver Jungle looking to get end of season rewards. Looking for 3's or 5's team.

Sunday, Monday, Thursday I work, on those days I am on from 7 AM EST till 1-2 PM EST. Any other day I have a flexible schedule. I have team speak, curse, and skype. Serious minded, looking to improve, I accept criticism, love to have fun, not into raging or put downs.
I've battled plats before, in an even match with other plats on my team I've held my own or even did well. However when it comes to Solo Que I can't seem to get any teams who want to work together, and the current 2 teams I am on don't meet often enough for me to be satisfied, I need a team who is willing play more often.
