Gold-3 LF Dynamic Q Teammates Who Are Competent and Have Self Control

I'm looking for competent teammates who:

-Don't feed (even when you're being camped) -Stays Calm (through the trolls and mistakes people make) -Don't get cocky ((with kills and finishing the game) -Not willing to try new things in Ranked -Open to suggestions and criticism (as I have much experience and forethought with League)

As long as you have these traits, I guarantee you that we will go on plenty of win streaks. It really isn't hard to get out of gold.
