Carry me out of Bronze, please? (Bronze/Silver)

Currently Bronze I with not much LP.

I've tried my damned hardest to climb on my own but it's just not working and I'm starting to get desperate. I feel like I can do much better if I have a reliable team so I don't have to worry about other lanes not feeding, someone trolling or going AFK.

If you have a group of friends and you need a number 5 for a full team, please let me know. I can play any role to some extent but usually go top or mid. I just can't seem to climb no matter who I play or what role I play. Sometimes it's fine but lately, it's been bad for me and the rest of my team, nobody does great and I'm losing my mind with this game.

Most champions I use are: (Top) Darius, Renekton, Trundle, Shen, Wukong, Jarvan (Mid) Ekko, Ziggs, Viktor, Talon, Annie (Support) Leona, Tahm Kench, Karma, Janna

*Weakest roles (Jungle) Master Yi, Kindred, Xin Zao, Trundle, Amumu (ADC) Jhin, Tristana, Varus, Ashe

I just need to start winning some games before I jump out the window, lol.
