Challenger Series Experienced Coach Looking for Team. Please read below.

Hey Summoners, Jawjak here. Little about my past experiences, I been playing league for 3 years and I have been coaching for 2 1/2 years. I started small with silver, gold teams and as time went on, my experience got a lot better and I started to coach higher elo teams. In Spring of 2014, I coached 3 Diamond 1 teams. This was for a teamspeak organization called Final 5 at the time. It was basically to get them ready for tournaments. That lasted for about 3 months and for the rest of the year I did coaching for teams here and there.

Now 2015 hit is where all it all went down. I got offered to help with Lagg Esports in January and of course I took it. I was with them for a month or so then I went over to VwS Gaming. This is where I did most of my work in the Challenger scene. Unfortunately we lost the summer challenger series but I didn't lose my hope on becoming an Lcs Coach one day. (That is my true dream)

Why should we pick you?

I have strong leadership, I can offer a lot to the team, full dedication, I watch a lot of the Na Lcs, Eu Lcs, and LCK, I have professionalism and I am easy to get along with.

What makes you different from other coaches?

I offer drills, weekly performances and I sit with the team reviewing strats/comps and of course talk about recently played matches about what can be improved on.

What kind of coaching methods do you use?

I have a Korean coaching mentality, which means I love to capitalize on enemy mistakes. And my drills will basically make the players have this muscle memory, meaning that when they make a mistake, they will capitalize on it.

Why do you like coaching more than being a player?

I have always been the person that likes the behind the scenes rather than the front. Because I like to see what you can do with what you have and you can turn it into something amazing.

How about your mood towards a teams loss?

Well it sucks to lose but it will allow us the chance to fix it and move on. I like to keep the players mood at a hyped level rather than a dull mood. The teams mood is very important.
