LF Subs/Secondary Main Players for Mid and ADC (Gold/Plat) (SERIOUS TEAM) PLEASE READ

Hello fellow summoners,

I propose an offer to those who wish to accept, a potential position for ADC or Mid Substitutes. Substitutes on this team are just as important as the main players, but instead of 7 days a week of mandatory practice, you only are required to attend at least 3. Also, if you show commitment and have improved enough to potentially surpass the main player in your role, then you may in turn have more practice time in result. The following is the general information in regards to the team.

Practices: Mon, Tues, and Thurs: 10:00 pm - 12:00 pm EST Wed, and Fri: 8:00 pm - 10:00 pm EST Sat, and Sun: 3-4 hours a day, time varies depending on availability

Outline of Practices: Mon - Wed, and Fri:

• Practice starts within 10 min of stated start time
• Starts with an overview of what needs to be worked on for 10 min.
• Plays 1-2 games depending on their length (THESE ARE RECORDED) in which one of teammates spectates
• Remaining time of the practice used to analyze the match and see what could be improved on Thurs:
• NO GAMES ARE PLAYED
• practices only 1.5 hr long
• Strategy and analyzing practice only ie come up with new comps, new situational ideas, changes in the meta to be aware of, etc. Sat and Sun:
• After two weeks of practicing with the team, ranked games will begin to be held on only the weekends, at least 4 ranked games a day.
• Subs will be offered a minimum of one ranked game a day to play in once they have been on the team the required length of time
• Subs also have a chance to fill in for any player who is unavailable or needs a break from a game (ie tilting, mentally tired, something off, etch)

Important General Comments:

• COMMITTMENT IS IMPORTANT: ~ If you are late to your own tryout by more than 10 min, you forfeit your right to tryout ~ Subs are only required to attend Strategy sessions, at least on day of ranked weekend matches, and practices in which the main player cannot attend, HOWEVER, it is recommended that your attend additional practices as well if you want to advance in the team and get more ranked play time ~ if you miss practice that you are expected to attend, or do not attend a practice you are required to attend, then you receive a warning. After 3 warnings, you are kicked. This rule applies to all players.
• As a sub, YOU STILL RECEIVE PLAYTIME, ONE ON ONE COACHING, AND A DUO PARTNER TO IMPROVE YOUR RANK WITH. You also have the opportunity to advance as the main player.
• Once again, this is a serious team. Substitute is only a title, but you are reality, in reality, just the other main player for that role. You are just as important as that main player.

If you would like to tryout for this team, add me in game. I will ask you to accept the terms and conditions (mostly based on commitment) before offering you a time you can tryout. During that tryout, my Co-captain will watch the game watching for skill and other areas to improve on or the player is proficient in, whereas I will be looking for synergy, in game behavior, etc.
