You get points right by being in a team? Not sure how it works to be honest.
From what I recall, the players who participated in games will receive the rewards but the points are cumulative for the team itself (thus you can win once, have the other 5 members win 74 games, and get the ward skin that way). Not sure if they changed it though. Also, I'm in.
