[S3-S5] - NA- LFM - Top Laner Needed (serious team) - Silver + only
We are currently looking for a top laner. We hold tryouts over a series of approximately 3 games to determine if the player is a good fit, and not everything we test for necessarily is in game either. We look for the following things:
- teamwork
- modesty
- skill
- positivity *
- commitment
- communication
*This can easily be a deal breaker from game one. We also watch to see not just how one plays at their best, but also how someone handles a situation in which he or she loses lane or does terribly.
Practices are usually from 8:30 to 10:30 pm EST and varies slightly on the weekends or whenever time frees up for the players. We are not planning to start doing ranked for at least a month or two so that we can practice enough and get used to each other in game. We have a skype group in which I post the practices times and any other UPDATES on the team, and where my team posts their availability and any other questions or ideas they may have. We are also in the process of finding a coach as well.
