Looking for a team or players

I am a casual League player that wants to start climbing ranked. Level 30, been playing since 2009-2010. I mainly play mid, adc, top, can play support but not very effective. I am a decent player and am very laid back. I haven't played ranked because of the toxic players. I play ARAM, and unranked 5s. I don't use my mic, I am more of a text chat player than voice chat.
