Looking for a squad to have fun with, play normal with and to help me get better

I am looking for a squad to play norms with, because I am not that good of a player and want to be better. I have only really played adc or support but can play any role but jungle. I am level 30 but that is just because I have played for a couple years but not seriously. I want a squad to have fun with and not take it so seriously that it becomes toxic. I haven't played any ranked games, so if I join a squad and get better at team mechanics and the different roles, then I would love to try some ranked games and possibly make a run at the ladder. I don't have discord or any of the voice apps so I usually just stick to messaging and the chat on the game itself.
