Looking for a team, other players, or anything to help me get good enough to play Ranked.

I am level 30, but my level does not show my gaming skill. I am unranked and don't play normal that much (I want to play more normal and start playing ranked) because I really have started hating solo queuing because I know I'm not that good but I don't need the toxicity that has been in the rounds that I have played. I am trying to be an ADC main with as my preferred champion.

If anyone would like to play normals with me, that will have fun and just play to get better instead of hating that I am not very good. Or if anyone has any advice or helpful tips, I would greatly appreciate it.
