Need help!

Hey guys, i am 14 and i had a stroke... i'm not reallly gonna go in depth but basically i'm new to LOL so i'm not very good. i really love the game and play it a lot.i am not good but i don't think i'm that bad(made it to silver 4 in the preseason) and because of that some of my friends make fun of me wich has gotten to a point where it's bullying.it makes me really sad because most of the things i do wrong are because of my stroke

So i'm just looking for a great player that would be willing to help me get better at the game and find things that would help me get over my issues.
