LF Support Sub for Serious Ranked Team (Gold+)

Hello fellow summoners;

Due to complications with my work, there are a couple days a week when I cannot play, and can only watch. I am the captain and shot call for it, as well as I act as the analyzer for the team as well (hence why watching games when I do not have time to watch the replays is beneficial). However, to keep it consistent, I would like to have a Support Sub who will fill in for me during these practices as well as in ranked matches and tournaments in which I may not be able to play. Here are the current practice times for our current players who are not substitutes:

Mon - Fri: 8:00 pm - 10:00 pm EST Sat - Sun: 3-4 hr a day (variable due to availability)

Ranked is only on weekends. Practices is during the week. A sub will only be required to attend if the main player is to be absent or cannot play (roughly 3 days a week maximum), but is also encouraged to attend other practices in order to help with analysis. It is not as intensive as being part of the main team, but you will be just as important. COMMITTMENT IS IMPORTANT. For each practice that you are required to attend (you are given a 2 day warning), but you miss, you will receive a warning. After 3 warnings you are kicked.

A tryout will be required. It will consist of playing with me as ADC, and my teammate watching the game. I will observe in-game behavior and synergy (where applicable), and my co-captain will watch for your skill in the game, points that are good and bad. It usually takes about an hour and a half. Leave a response if you are interested, or add me in game. I will go over the terms and conditions (mostly about commitment), then, should you accept, we will schedule a tryout.

Summonly,

Airman CompSci Team Captain and Main Support of Protellium Optimus
