Looking for normal game team

I am easing into ranked slowly, but I am looking for a team (preferably with teamspeak or some other type of VOIP software) that I can group with and play some games with...I main Zed Mid/top, but have no problem with other lanes, As said Im not looking for a ranked team, only a casual gaming team to train with and talk to.
