Stuck in "quicksand elo" Plat 4 Top/fill. Looking for anyone really.

^ I'm pretty much gonna try and carry with quinn top, diana jg, pretty much any support. I just need a player(s) to fill the spots on my team that could be taken by feeders.

I'm looking for someone who can play more teamfight oriented champs while I split. Tanks and aoe mages preferred.

I'm really getting sick of bad players determining my elo, and I really just don't have anyone online at the moment.
