Looking for a Group of People to Casually Play With

It's summer time, the worst time to be anywhere on the internet. That includes League of Legends. So, I'm looking for a group of people to play with that are 18+ casually in normals or something. I'm not level 30 at the moment, but we could do ranked fives at some point if wanted. Your rank doesn't really matter, I just want to have fun without children ruining the experience of League of Legends. I have both Skype and Curse voice for communication.
