Please change decay to 10 games up from 1

I am so sick and tired of doing provisionals on new smurfs and placing mid gold because in my last game i'm paired with people who are playing on their p5 account to not decay, force players to have to play 10 games a month to not decay, this isn't asking a lot, and it would make the game a lot more friendly toward those who actually work for their rank, and not just kids who have 400 dollars to spend on some website
