What he's saying is with your attitude, why would anyone want to try out for your team? Telling people that might want to join a team that you don't give a fuck what they think and that they're completely fucking worthless is a surefire way to dissuade almost anyone from applying.

It's complete shit to me at the moment. Team Recruitment boards is a joke.

Hey so @ the OP..speaking from experience in competitive play, this board is FAR from worthless. Between here and Reddit, I have found players, coaches, analysts, sponsors..anything from casual silvers playing norms to competitive diamond1/masters championship leagues with $200 buy-ins. These boards are NOT useless - you just have to learn to not be such a dick.
